BSPCE: end of the hunt for the tax authorities – The contribution of BSPCEs is no longer taxable.

In a decision handed down on 5 February 2024, the French Conseil d’Etat has put an end to the hindrance to which holders of shares issued from BSPCEs could fall victim in the context of their reinvestment operations.
