In order to consolidate the development of its “Contracts, Distribution & Competition law” and “Intellectual Property & Digital” activities within its various offices, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is looking for a junior associate to join its dedicated team in Aix-en-Provence.
As part of our team, you will work with a varied client base throughout France, comprising regional SMEs and SMIs, investment funds and their holdings, French and foreign groups and innovative companies, in the following areas:
- Distribution law and commercial contracts;
- Competition law and regulation;
- Consumer law and sales promotion;
- Intellectual property law.
You will mainly be involved in advising clients and, to a lesser extent, in litigation.
You will be involved in complex cases, working closely with the other teams in the firm’s various offices covering all areas of business law.
We are looking for a junior lawyer (0 to 1 year’s experience) in economic law, with a postgraduate degree in business law, ideally supplemented by a course of study at a business school and/or experience abroad; you will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by more experienced associates and by your referent partner, as the training of our teams is of paramount importance to us.
Qualities required: you are creative, rigorous, organised and enjoy working in a team.
A good command of everyday and legal English is essential.
