The LAMARTINE CONSEIL team in Lyon (35 people, including about ten in corporate law) is looking for a jurist / paralegal (permanent contract – full-time) to join its “Corporate and Transmission” service line.
Alongside our team in Private Equity, M&A and Corporate law on behalf of investment funds, SMEs and mid-sized companies, your role will mainly involve:
- drafting corporate deeds as part of the day-to-day legal monitoring of companies and, more broadly, as part of the management of a client portfolio;
- assisting with our transfer/acquisition operations.
- The candidate will work as part of a team on a human scale, comprising around ten lawyers, in a friendly, close-knit environment.
- You have a Master 2 degree in Business law and 1 to 3 years’ experience in a business law firm, ideally in corporate law.
- You are known for your dynamism, responsiveness, thoroughness and team spirit.
- A good command of IT tools is also required.
