To strengthen our team in Paris, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is seeking a lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its “Tax Law” team.
Alongside our tax team of 14 lawyers spread across our various offices, whose clients include investment funds as well as French and international companies, you will primarily be involved in the following areas:
- Transactional tax: supporting transfer operations and their stakeholders, including: – Investor advice: tax audits and structuring memos – Advice to managers;
- Group reorganisations;
- Ongoing tax support for groups.
You will work under the supervision of a partner and will quickly be involved, as part of a team and in collaboration with the other service lines of our firm, in complex, high-value cases.

You have 3 to 6 years of experience in the Tax field, supported by solid academic training. You will be guided and supported throughout your development by our team.

You will work independently and may also be required to supervise junior colleagues.

The key qualities we look for in our associates are rigour, strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills. However, we also place great importance on interpersonal skills, which are essential for effective teamwork.
A good command of both general and legal English is a plus.
