A member of the Paris and Quebec Bars with a solid expertise in international arbitration and cross-border acquisition transactions, Serge has joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2024.
With respect to international arbitration, his previous functions within the international business community (such as BIAC/OECD, and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, among others), as well as his past work as counsel, legal adviser, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator or mediator, are key assets for cases handled by the firm.
He also has extensive experience in international investment and finance (particularly in the European Union, North-America and the Middle East). Moreover, he provides services in both French and English and deals with cases involving both civil law and common law.
