Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2008, Maeva advises investment funds and managers of SMEs and mid-sized companies on disposals and acquisitions, or on acquiring majority or minority stakes in companies, or on LBO/transfer or fund-raising transactions.
She has been in Gironde since 2018, and took over responsibility for the development of our Bordeaux office in July 2022.
