Juliette joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2026 in the Corporate and Business Transfer team. In this role, she advises and assists our clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, both in relation to strategic transactions, including private equity and mergers and acquisitions, and in their day-to-day corporate affairs.
