Florence joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2026. She advises on a broad range of tax matters, including day-to-day corporate and private tax issues, the tax aspects of exceptional transactions, and tax litigation. She works closely with the firm’s clients on all tax aspects of complex transactions handled by our Corporate teams, while also assisting them with their wealth and estate planning matters.
