Clémence joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2026 within the Corporate Law and Business Transfers team. In this role, she advises and supports our clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, both in strategic transactions (private equity and mergers & acquisitions) and in their day-to-day corporate affairs.

- Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Business Law and LL.M. in Law and Tax Management – Double degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille and EDHEC Business School of Lille
