AFJE – LAMARTINE CONSEIL Conference in Nantes – 11 June 2024
On 11 june 2024, the Bretagne – Pays de la Loire Delegation of the Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprise (AFJE), in partnership with our Law firm, organised a legal workhop in Nantes on :
“CONTRACTS, ACQUISITIONS, GAPS, SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENTS – HOW TO ADAPT YOUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSES”
It took place face-to-face at the Radisson Blu hotel or remotely (your choice) from 6.15pm to 8.30pm and the program was as follows:
- Conciliation, mediation, arbitration… What tools are available?
- What are the prerequisites for using them?
- How can you make the best use of them?
- Feedbacks and best practices from AFJE members on the tools used.
It was led by :
- Béatrice Texier, regional delegate for AFJE – Pays de la Loire,
