Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2019, Rémi advises the firm’s business litigation clients on assistance with and monitoring and strategic management of commercial, industrial and property litigation, both in France and abroad. He also assists clients with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
In addition to this expertise, he is also able to work in the following areas:
- Banking law: debt collection and enforcement, personal and real guarantees being invoked, assistance to credit institutions when their liability is called into question, assistance with insolvency proceedings brought against their clients;
- Corporate law: management of pre-litigation following company restructuring operations, assistance to companies, acquiring managers or sellers;
- Industrial and property claims: monitoring of industrial and/or property claims, assistance with legal appraisals, assessment of losses, relations with insurance companies, monitoring of procedures for enforcing contracts, compensation for breach of contract.
