Ludivine SIMON

Since 2019, Ludivine has been assisting and advising the firm’s clients at LAMARTINE CONSEIL in business litigation, with a particular focus on the monitoring and strategic management of commercial, post-acquisition, industrial, property and criminal litigation.
She also supports our clients in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
In late 2023, Ludivine was appointed Secretary General of the French Delegation of the European Court of Arbitration.
In parallel, she teaches at the Rhône-Alpes Bar School and regularly contributes to the Rhône-Alpes delegation of the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE).
