Anne has been with LAMARTINE CONSEIL since 2024. She has a widely recognized expertise in competition, distribution and consumer law which she has developed mainly with North American enterprises. She assists her clients with the structuring of their distribution networks and the marketing of their products. She is regularly involved in the development of compliance programs, audits of restrictive competition practices, and the monitoring of cases involving compensation for damage resulting from anti-competitive practices.
In addition, Anne is often involved in cross-border transactions and international arbitration, particularly in connection with business sectors such as chemicals and cosmetics, hotels and restaurants, wineries, telecoms and medias.
