LAMARTINE among the winners of the MAGAZINE DES AFFAIRES 2025 M&A Awards.

As every year, the editorial team of MAGAZINE DES AFFAIRES offers a snapshot of the mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions carried out by business law firms over the previous year.

As in previous years, Lamartine Conseil ranks well ahead in the league tables by volume, with nearly 400 deals advised on over the past three years.

Once again, our team ranks:

• first place among legal advisers in LBOs, with 75 transactions completed in 2025;
• first place among corporate M&A lawyers, with 151 transactions last year;
• and, for the second consecutive year, joint 1st place in LBO tax structuring, with 30 transactions in 2025.
