LAMARTINE CONSEIL promotes 2 new corporate and litigation / arbitration partners

Paris, 22 January 2026 – LAMARTINE CONSEIL continues its dynamic internal promotion policy with the appointment of Agathe Fraiman and Ludivine Simon as partners.

A member of the firm since 2013, Agathe Fraiman has developed recognised expertise in business transfers, private equity, group restructurings and management advisory, particularly in the context of capital transmission and growth capital transactions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business & Tax Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and was notably involved in several major transactions in 2025, including:

  • advising WEINBERG Capital Partners on the primary LBO of ALBARON;

  • assisting UI Investissement and IRD Invest on the primary LBO of MON SPÉCIALISTE AUTO;

  • advising CICLAD on the MBI of IZENTIT.

Already deeply involved in the start-up ecosystem, Agathe will, in addition to her capital transmission practice, be responsible for developing and structuring the firm’s Venture team.

She also advises clients on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, such as mediation and arbitration, and was appointed in late 2023 as Secretary General of the French Delegation of the European Court of Arbitration.

In parallel, she lectures at the Rhône-Alpes Bar School and regularly speaks for the Rhône-Alpes delegation of the French Association of Corporate Counsel (AFJE) on topics such as ADR and risks related to new technologies.

She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and, after three years with another French law firm, joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in November 2019, alongside Julie Degenève and Rémi Hanachowicz, both already partners in the firm’s litigation practice.
