20 years and the opening of a new office in Nantes!

Paris, 19/06/2023 – On 25 May 2023, the firm, a leader in M&A and private equity transactions in the Small & Midcaps category, with 218 completed deals in 2022, celebrated 20 years in business, surrounded by its clients, partners and teams.

Founded in Paris in 2003, LAMARTINE CONSEIL was initially set up to provide support for private equity and business transactions. As these transactions have grown more complex, they have led to it developing complementary expertise in all areas of business law. With its highly business-orientated and pragmatic approach, LAMARTINE CONSEIL has advised an ever-growing number of private equity players and managers in charge of French and international SMEs or mid-sized companies.

After Lyon in 2013, Bordeaux in 2018 and Aix/Marseille in 2019, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is continuing its expansion in Nantes with the arrival of Guillaume MORINEAUX and his team. 

For more than 20 years, this specialist in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law has been assisting domestic and international groups with their development and, more specifically, with their transactional operations.

He holds a Master II degree in Business Law (Paris Dauphine University) and he has worked successively at Gide (8.5 years), Fidal (2.5 years) and PwC Société d’Avocats (11 years), where he was partner in charge of the Nantes office.

• Marie-Hélène PERIN with 10 years’ experience at PwC Société d’Avocats and Cornet Vincent Segurel (Master II degree in Banking, Business, Finance and Securities Law – Paris-Saclay University)
• and Aude GUILLERME with 6 years’ experience as in-house counsel at Eurofins and 2 years’ experience at PwC Société d’Avocats (Master II degree in International Business Law – University of Rennes / LLM Corporate governance & law – University of Portsmouth).

With their arrival, LAMARTINE CONSEIL now has 21 partners and 3 counsels, with almost 110 consultants in Paris, Lyon, Aix-Marseille, Bordeaux and Nantes. The entire team has just been awarded joint 1st prize for law firm of the year by PRIVATE EQUITY MAGAZINE at their Grands Prix 2023.
