Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2019, Ahlam is in charge of managing a portfolio of companies and monitoring their day-to-day and exceptional operations.
In this capacity, she assists and advises our clients in Corporate law, both in their strategic operations (private equity and mergers & acquisitions) and in their day-to-day management. She also provides support to teams specialising in company transactions and restructuring.
