Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2019, Marie-Alice advises and represents clients in litigation on all matters relating to corporate distress and insolvency involving SMEs and mid-sized companies. She acts alongside debtors in both preventive restructuring and formal insolvency proceedings, as well as alongside acquirers and creditors, including banks and investment funds.
Since 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Prévention & Retournement association.
Since 2026, Marie-Alice has been cited by the American legal publication BEST LAWYERS in “Insolvency and Reorgnization Law”.
