To strengthen our Lyon team, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is recruiting several lawyers specialising in corporate law, M&A and private equity, at various levels of seniority:
- Junior – up to 2 years’ experience
- Mid-level – 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Experienced – 6 to 8 years’ experience
Within our Lyon-based team of around ten corporate lawyers, you will advise a client base comprising investment funds as well as French and international companies, primarily SMEs and mid-market businesses.
You will work across the following areas:
- Private Equity;
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A);
- Corporate law.
You will work as part of a team and in close collaboration with the firm’s other practice areas on complex, high-value transactions, often involving a cross-border dimension.

Are you a junior lawyer? You will be supported throughout your career by your supervising partners and more experienced lawyers. As training and knowledge-sharing are at the heart of our priorities, we are committed to providing you with close support and opportunities for professional development.

Do you have 3 to 5 years’ experience? Following a strong background in business law, you will work independently on your matters and may progressively take on responsibility for supervising more junior lawyers.

Do you have 6 to 8 years’ experience? You will work with a high degree of autonomy on complex transactions and may also be involved in supervising and training more junior lawyers.
In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for lawyers who demonstrate rigour and excellent analytical, problem-solving and drafting skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, which are essential for effective teamwork and client relationships.
We offer competitive remuneration in line with market rates and your level of experience, with an annual review.
