Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2023, Maxence works on the tax aspects of companies’ day-to-day activities, as well as their one-off transactions. He also advises companies with tax disputes. Lastly, he assists the firm’s clients with the tax aspects of complex transactions handled by our Corporate teams, as well as property tax issues for real estate companies, developers and property dealers.
