As part of the expansion of its Business Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration practice in Paris, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 5 years’ experience to join a dedicated team of 12 lawyers.
Alongside our team, you will advise and represent SMEs, mid-sized companies, international groups and investment funds on a wide range of matters, including in particular:

Commercial and contract law

Business criminal law

Real estate law
You will be fully integrated into a dynamic, multidisciplinary law firm, offering a cross-practice approach to business law and exposure to high value-added, complex matters.
Holding a degree specialised in business law, ideally supplemented by business school training and/or international experience, you have 2 to 5 years’ experience in business litigation, mediation and arbitration, following a strong legal training.
You will be supported by our team in the continued development of your skills, while working with a good level of autonomy, and may also be required to supervise more junior associates.
Highly rigorous, you demonstrate excellent analytical, reasoning and drafting skills, together with a strong interest in advocacy. You place particular importance on teamwork and the interpersonal skills it entails.
