As part of the temporary reinforcement of our Lyon office, LAMARTINE CONSEIL is seeking a lawyer with 5 to 10 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency law for a four-month assignment.
Working within a recognised restructuring and insolvency team, you will advise SMEs and mid-sized companies on all issues relating to corporate distress, including:
- preventative restructuring and out-of-court proceedings (ad hoc mandate, conciliation);
- formal insolvency proceedings (safeguard proceedings, judicial reorganisation, judicial liquidation);
- litigation relating to distressed companies (creditor disputes, directors’ liability claims, etc.).
You will quickly become involved in complex and strategic matters, with a high degree of autonomy, within a multidisciplinary law firm covering all areas of business law.

You have 5 to 10 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency law.

You are autonomous in managing matters and enjoy working as part of a team.

You are expected to supervise more junior associates.

A good command of legal English would be an advantage.
