Julie DEGENÈVE

Since joining LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2019, Julie assists and advises the firm’s clients in business litigation and, more specifically, in the monitoring and strategic management of commercial, industrial and property disputes.

In addition to this expertise, she has developed specific skills in the following areas:

• Criminal law: assisting and defending company managers before criminal courts, as victims or defendants, in hearings, investigations, searches and hearings;
• Tax relief: professional liability of Wealth Management Consultants for failure to provide advice on behalf of a group of 400 taxpayers;
• In technical, property and industrial risk litigation: assistance in close collaboration with the technical parties to monitor expert appraisals, evaluate risks and losses and monitor subsequent proceedings.

In 2024, Julie was quoted by American legal magazine BEST LAWYERS in “Litigation”.
